Enroll/Cost

All International students and College of Health Sciences (Includes Pharmacy and Nursing) students are required to purchase this insurance plan unless proof of comparable coverage is furnished.

All Undergraduate students enrolled in nine (9) or more credits, and Graduate students enrolled in six (6) or more credits (or registered for thesis or dissertation supervision) are eligible to enroll on a voluntary basis.

International Students must enroll or waive by September 16, 2026. Students who waive must submit proof of comparable coverage.  The premium fee is automatically charged to your bursar account. You must complete the waive or enroll process.

Undergraduates enrolled in nine (9) or more credits, graduate students enrolled for six (6) or more credits, and thesis/dissertation can enroll themselves and their dependents by clicking below.  Payment will be paid directly to AHP.
