All International students and College of Health Sciences (Includes Pharmacy and Nursing) students are required to purchase this insurance plan unless proof of comparable coverage is furnished.

All Undergraduates students enrolled in 9 or more credits, and Graduate students enrolled for 6 or more credits (or registered for thesis or dissertation supervision) are eligible to enroll on a voluntary basis.
